Bridgeway has developed its own specific goals which are achieved through four funds from which grants are strategically given to deserving organizations.  Are the goals of your project able to align with Bridgeway's goals?  Bridgeway has determined to fund into the following four areas of interest:

Cambridge Fund

The Cambridge Fund is an annual allocation of funds which are intended to improve the quality of life for citizens of Cambridge, Ontario.  Charitable organizations applying for grants from the Cambridge Fund have deep roots in the Cambridge community.

Capacity Building Fund

The Capacity Building Fund is an annual allocation of funds which are intended to strengthen selected Canadian Christian charitable organizations in a significant way. Grants approved from this fund have designed projects which determine specific outcomes that prove the organization is able to function with greater efficiency and effectiveness following the successful grant’s conclusion. This fund is not designed to support an organization’s program-related projects.

Innovation Fund The Innovation Fund is an annual allocation of funds which are intended to support innovative program-related projects for growing Canadian Christian charitable organizations.  These new or expanded projects will help organizations extend service delivery into a new region, launch a relevant new program, or attempt a pilot project.  50%
Family Fund The Family Fund is an annual allocation of funds which are intended to allow Bridgeway members to carry out their own discretionary grantmaking based on their own specific charitable interests.  Charities must be specifically invited to apply to this fund by a member of Bridgeway Foundation.  Members report back to the membership at Bridgeway’s Annual General Meeting regarding the success of their grants.  5%

NOTE: For organizations that are new to Bridgeway, we recommend selecting a well-defined short-term (12 months maximum) project to achieve the goals of our Innovation Fund, as this is a good way for us to understand and be enthusiastic about your core services.  We tend to reserve capacity building funding for organizations with which we have a longer, more historic relationship.

Does your proposed project align with one of these funds?  If so, continue below.  If not, we are sorry but cannot help you at this time.
