Grants for capacity building announced

As mentioned previously, Bridgeway Foundation is working with Seacrest Foundation and Frontier Marketing on a triple partnership for capacity building for Canadian Christian charities.

Bridgeway’s grantmaking committee met on May 23, 2015 and approved six conditional matching grants for charities located from Alberta to Nova Scotia.  Each of these six charities will be undertaking an online fundraising campaign this summer.  This is typically a poor time for fundraising, but we feel that with Frontier’s help we can see a marked improvement.  Working directly with Frontier Marketing’s experts, they will be guided through a process to create an online campaign.  We will match donations received on a 1:1 basis up to $10,000 each.

As a part of this project Frontier Marketing will be producing a report on best practices for online fundraising which we will share once completed.
